The next meeting of the Urban Space Group will be held at the Royal Hotel on Thursday 12 July 2007 and will start at 19h00.
The hotel is on St. Nicholas Street and will provide us with a larger and more comfortable room for our presentations and discussion.
The meeting will focus on the planning system and its implications for Renaissance; featuring a presentation from Gordon Somerville, Head of Planning Services at Scarborough Borough Council.
Following this, there will be a discussion about the revised proposals for the Sands Development, including the potential development of a multiplex cinema on the site of the old Atlantis water park.
