2. Planning Application: The Street - William Street Car Park - Scarborough
The main item on the agenda will be to consider the recent planning application submitted for the proposed new £6.2 million youth centre for Scarborough named The Street, on the site of the William Street car park:

Aspects of the proposal we'll be looking to specifically comment upon:
- Size and massing of the development
- Proximity to residential buildings
- External appearance
- Its setting and landscaping
3. Planning Application: 14 Residential Flats - King Street - Scarborough
A quick résumé of the application and issues relating to the future development of the area surrounding The Futurist theatre following our special meeting last week.
