The first item on the agenda will be an update on the Planning and Development Committee's appraisal of the revised development brief for the Futurist & Town Hall area of the town.

2. The Sands Development
The main item on the agenda will be to consider the recent amendments to The Sands development proposals.

The Urban Space Group have previously expressed grave concerns relating to the quality of the original submission, and it will be very interesting to see how Benchmark have responded to the comments made by both ourselves and others. Observations made at the meeting will be used as the basis for our formal response to the Planning Department.
