1. Futurist & Town Hall Development Brief
Further to Town Team, the one and only item on the agenda will be a final opportunity to discuss the Development Brief, regarding the proposed redevelopment or otherwise of the Town Hall and Futurist area of the town.
Please note that this is about the Development Brief only. It is not for the purpose of discussing the finance and politics of the Council's proposed move away from the centre of Scarborough, nor will we be commenting on the future of The Futurist theatre itself. These matters have been covered previously, most notably at our Town Team meeting held at the beginning of the month.
2. Any other business
The meeting is scheduled to finish by 20h45 at the latest.
