The main item on the agenda will be a presentation of observations regarding the development of The Sands water theme park and its associated holiday accommodation.
The application has raised a number of concerns, and it was felt appropriate to take this opportunity to provide an update on progress.

2. Design and the Urban Realm
Principally our concerns are design and the urban realm. It has become increasingly important to understand what exactly is meant by that, and how we communicate with the Town Hall, architects and developers. Ensuring we are doing everything possible to enable a better future for both the town and the surrounding area.
With respect to our recent conversations relating to the Moorlands Hotel and the proposed sports facility at the University Campus. The meeting will use them as a basis to discuss how as Urban Space we would like to develop our agenda over the coming year.
