The Spa - A presentation from Doug Kendall on the proposals currently being drawn up for the next phase of The Spa's development and the surrounding area, including the underground car park, the 'doughnut' and the approaches to The Spa itself. Key sources of potential funding will include Yorkshire Forward and hopefully a successful bid to CABE's Sea Change initiative. Doug is a Project Development Manager at the Town Hall and this is our opportunity to discuss these ideas with him.
