The next meeting of the Urban Space Group will be held in the Cavalier Suite of the Royal Hotel on Thursday 08 May 2008 and will start at 19h00.

1. The Mere & Oliver's Mount Consultation
As part of the Council's official programme of public consultation (at the request of Ray Williamson), the Urban Space Group is offering everyone an opportunity to review the three outline schemes currently under consideration and have the opportunity to share comments on the ideas being proposed.
This consultation provides a key opportunity to get involved with the future of this interesting site and make your comments count - all feedback will be recorded and constructive critique and ideas passed on to the Council for consideration and possible absorption into the design development.

2. 08/00654/OL - North Street Cinema Complex
As an application for outline planning permission for the development has now been received by SBC planning department, we will be reviewing this key (and now well-recognised) project and throwing it open to discussion once again; with a view to developing a formal response on the various aspects of the proposal for reply to the Council.
