A brief update on the report for the first phase of the West Pier consultation.

7. Report from the Council's Planning & Development Committee meeting - 29 March 2007

Including the decision to refuse the development of 14 flats on the site of 18 East Park Road, Scalby (planning application - 06/02665/FL), the decision to approve the building of a new 37 bedroom extension to Scalby Manor Hotel (planning application - 06/02639/FL), and a proposal to demolish The Sitwell Centre to build 13 ‘affordable’ houses (planning application - 07/00544/FL). Update on NYCC proposals for Seamer Road Park & Ride.

Items 4 - 7 will only be brief updates and I expect to spend around 10 minutes discussing the 'Design Champion'. Most of the meeting will be given over to the Station Square consultation, aiming to finish by 21h00.
