The next meeting of the Urban Space Group will be held in the Cavalier Suite of the Royal Hotel on Thursday 08 September 2011 and will start at 19h15.
Agenda
The main item on the agenda, will be to begin the process of considering a response to the proposals to develop the next stage of The Sands project on the north side of Scarborough. This will be a large and complex application, and therefore this meeting will initially concentrate on matters arising from Benchmark's presentation to last month's Town Team. A special meeting will be arranged once the full application has been submitted.
Other items will include an update on the Planning Committee's decision to approve the discharge of conditions, with respect to the master plan and design code character areas for High Mill Farm - Scalby Village; and the expected publication of the revised proposals for Tesco - Dean Road & St. Mary's Hospital.
There was no meeting in August due to our summer break.
The meeting is scheduled to finish by 20h45 at the latest.
