1. Renaissance Update
A brief update on current Renaissance news.
2. Scarborough's Proposed Supermarket Developments
A brief update regarding the progress of the Sainsbury and Tesco planning applications.
3. The Street - William Street Car Park
The main item on the agenda will be a design consultation exercise with the newly appointed building and landscape architects for The Street project.
This is being undertaken as the clients Coast and Moors Voluntary Action wish to submit a revised and improved planning application for the development.
The evening will be a welcome opportunity to view current progress and to encourage everyone within the Group to make a positive contribution towards the second stage of the design process. Paper and electronic versions of the current drawings will be available for inspection, as will a newly produced 3D rendering of the proposal.
