1. Tesco - Dean Road
The one and only item will be a presentation on the Tesco proposal for Dean Road. This will be followed by an open discussion with respect to the development's design, layout and impact on the surrounding urban fabric of the town.
Please note that as there will be no Town Team meeting this month, this may be your only opportunity to discuss the design implications of this major edge of town-centre site, prior to Tesco submitting their planning application. So we do hope that you will be able to join everyone at the Royal Hotel for the meeting.
Tesco's recent digital presentation to the Planning Committee, and paper copies of their current design proposal for the site, will be available for viewing.
The meeting is scheduled to finish by 20h45 at the latest.
