1. Station Area Redevelopment Consultation
We have been contacted by SNAP Architects to say that they are still open to consider feedback on the three options presented for the redevelopment of the Station area as part of the ongoing consultation process. So if for whatever reason you were unable to reply earlier, or you have any new thoughts, now is your chance, but they must be submitted by the end of next week at the absolute latest.

2. Charging for Pre-Application Planning Advice
The Planning and Development Committee are to seek comment from interested parties on the possibility of charging clients for certain types of pre-application advice.
This item will be discussed as part of our thread on Raising Design Standards.

3. Local Development Framework and Housing Allocation
The main item on the agenda will be a continuation of last month's round-table discussion on the Local Development Framework, housing allocations and the future of Scarborough, particularly in light of the Planning Committee's narrow 6-5 vote in favour of approving the outline planning application for High Mill Farm, Scalby. This is particularly important, as it was stated at the Planning meeting that there would be a Community Design Stage, and the USG need to agree whether we think we should be involved or what other comment / action is appropriate.
